The lovely Vita asked if I had any tips I could post to help with fall out. I hope you all find this useful!

2. Translucent powder
3. Apply foundation over the top, it will help clean up & cover the fall out
4. Apply with a wet brush. You can do this one of several ways, wet your brush prior to applying eyeshadow or after the eyeshadow is on your brush you can spray water on it. If using a loose shadow you can also mix it with water or a mixing medium.
I recommend the first method for loose shadows. For pressed shadows wet your brush after the product is on your brush, sometimes the water can ruin/alter pressed shadows.

As you can see the tape picked up the vast majority of the glitter.
