Prime the eyes

Apply a matte skintone color on your lid, and inner corners

Apply a lilac color to the crease, and outer corners

Apply a yellow on the lower lashline, on the inner 1/3 

Apply a lime green to the remaining 2/3

Next add black liner to the upper lashline, and wing it out

Add a coral color over top of the black liner

Add orange glitter on top of the coral

Apply mascara

Finished look

The glitter didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, it would work better with finer glitter, but you can always skip the glitter & liner if you wish!
