Julia and I have discussed at length our respective girl crushes on Aerin Lauder. I even adore the spelling of her NAME. The "A" gives it a certain gravitas, n'est-ce pas? So natch, I had to let you all know all about the second fragrance from Aerin Lauder's Private Collection, Amber Ylang Ylang. (Evidently, Aerin also appreciates my name.)

I have yet to smell the fragrance,  but I'm SEDUCED by the packaging. The parfum bottle cap is adorned with semi precious stones of tiger eye, smokey quartz and red agate.  The eau de parfum bottle cap was inspired by a hammered gold necklace and matching bracelet Aerin received as a gift from her grandmother Estee. P.S. Remember when I visited the famed Estee's office?

This radiant fragrance was created using two of the rarest, most expensive ingredients in the perfumer's palette: Ylang flower and iconic Amber. The fragrance is at once warm, inviting and radiant.
