This isn't going to be a traditional tutorial because it's not exactly wearable, it's more of an artsy tutorial. I wasn't going for a specific look, but the end result reminded me of a chameleon.

First outline the shape you want

I went over the curvy lines with glitter liners, and filled in most of the shape with the same liner used to draw the outline. I didn't go over the lid with liner.

After that I just mixed, and used every color of the rainbow.

Apply mascara, and while it's still wet apply shadow to create colored lashes!

I hope you gals don't mind me doing more "creative" makeup.
