1. Apply primer. (Optional)

2. Apply lilac purple to lids (6th row 4th color down.)

3. Apply bright purple to crease (6th row 1st color.)

4. Apply blue-purple slightly lower than the bright purple to the crease and outer v, blend. (4th row 9 down.)

5. Apply a shimmery highlight to brow bone, and inner corners, curl lashes, apply mascara.

I've kept it lighter, but if you want you can always darken it with some black shadow in the crease!
