Setting Sail

The lovely Eden suggested I do more nautical makeup looks. When I think nautical the first thing that comes to mind is blue & white!

1. Prime eyes if needed. I skipped this step.

2. Apply light blue to lids & inner corners. This blue is light enough that it can also be used as a highlight, obviously you don't want to do this with darker blues.

3. Smudge sapphire on upper & lower lashlines. I decided to wing mine out slightly.

4 Apply false lashes. (Optional) This is my first tutorial using false lashes!

5. Curl lashes to blend in natural lashes with fake ones. You can also go back over with the sapphire to hide any glue.

The finished look

I skipped mascara, these lashes are curled enough that I really didn't need mascara, and they blended in very well with my natural lashes. As you can see I was having a bit of trouble getting them to stay on!
