e.l.f Studio Endless Eyes Pro Eyeshadow Palette
Prime eyes.
Apply Yeyo to lids, and inner corners.
Apply lime green to crease, and outer corners.
Smudge shimmery yellow under lower lashes.
Apply mascara followed by gold glitter to upper and lower lashes.
Also apply some gold glitter to the crease.
The finished look..

For the face..
Lots of highlighting mainly on the cheeks, and nose.
I'd go with a soft, baby pink blush.

For the lips I'd use a bright pink lipstick or gloss.

If you wanted more dramatic eyes you could also do winged liner.
