Technic Duo Volumising Extension Mascara
Kiss Clear Eyelash Glue
Kiss KPL03 Lashes
Jordana FabuLiner in Black
Wet n Wild Coloricon Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil in Black
Prime eyes if needed.
I first applied the Jordana liner, and let it dry. Once it dried I applied the Wet n Wild liner over the top to add some sparkle.
Next I added some false lashes. I let the glue dry, and then went back over the liners to cover any glue. I also applied mascara.
Lastly I smudged some of the shimmery eyeliner under my lower lashes.
The finished look..

For the rest of the face it will really depend on what kind of cat you want to be and how literal you want it to look.
I suggest drawing whiskers with a felt tip liner. You can do as many or few as you want depending on preference.
When I did this look I was thinking more cat woman-esque type of makeup.

If you're going for a literal cat I'd go for a nose like this..
I'd suggest drawing it with a black liner and going over the top with pink eye shadow or blush.
For a not so literal cat I'd do a nose like this.. (unless you are being cat woman & you already have a mask in which case you can skip this.)

As for lips it's really up to you, obviously cats don't go around wearing lipstick so just have fun with it. I'd probably go with a bold red lip. :)

The girl who requested this also wanted some outfit ideas.
Again this will depend on what kind of cat you want to be. If you're going for a cat woman type look a simple outfit would be black jeans, and a long sleeve black shirt.
The same outfit would also work for a more literal cat, but add tail. You'll also need some kitty ears!
